The Basic Nursing Assistant Training Program curriculum is designed to prepare individuals to deliver direct client care, in long-term care facilities, home healthcare settings, clinics, doctor’s offices and hospitals, under the direction of a registered nurse. The course of study (131 hours of training) provides the opportunity to acquire knowledge and skills used by nursing assistants. Clinical training for all students is held at participating healthcare facilities.
